China Puzzle #29 & 30

This week there are two puzzle challenges for you to assemble.

Puzzle #29

To rotate pieces

It is known as the Egg. The Egg is a large oval near Tiananmen Square, just west of the western entrance to the Great Hall of the People (The Eastern entrance faces Tiananmen Square. It is some 150,000 m2 in size and has 6000 seats. Frenchman, Paul Andreu, was the architect who is famous for his airport designs.

I kept making a mental comparison to the LDS/Mormon Tabernacle built from 1864-1867 in Salt Lake City, Utah. It seats 3500 and was built  using almost no nails. (To read more click here). 

It is also said to be one of the most  acoustically perfect buildings ever built and has been the home of the renowned Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
